Business Analyst
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Contract position(s) available.

JUNIOR SECRETARY - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Prepares reports by collecting information.
• Arrange Meeting for the Vice President (VP) with the clients.
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Preparing Documents For Tender and meeting with clients.
• Managing diaries and making appointments.
• Other Secretarial & Administrative works

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Personal Services or equivalent.
• Age between 20 - 24 years old
• Female
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
